Facade scaffolding for GBS - Police Academy
The Layher SpeedyScaf Facade Frame Scaffold is a quick-assemble scaffold with hot-dip galvanized metal frames and perforated steel walkways.
The wide range of accessories allows the scaffolding of buildings of various dimensions in plane and height. The main supporting structure consists of 2-meter vertical frames, walkways and diagonals. Standard frames are 2.00m high and 0.73m wide. Additional elements such as short frames, narrow frames, K-frames, brackets, bridging trusses allow to overcome slopes of the terrain or to skip bay windows, aprons, etc. If it is necessary to create a safety passage tunnel for the passage of pedestrians, passage frames with a width of 1.50 m are provided in the scaffolding set. If there is an obstacle on the facade of the building, bridging trusses with a length of 5.00m or 6.00m can be used.
The high quality of the system is based on the optimal ergonomic design, the property of the materials for a long life and the assembly logic, which practically excludes assembly errors.
The maximum load on one floor of the scaffold in working mode should not be more than 300 kg/m2.
The scaffolding is strengthened by anchors in the walls. Where necessary a special frame with a pulley bracket can be fitted to the scaffolding to lift materials to the scaffolding platforms.
